MDpanel is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our Finance team in Los Angeles. You will process vendor invoices, manage vendor records, and support month-end close in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
You may also assist with other accounting tasks as needed to improve efficiency. The role reports to the Finance Manager and emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and confidentiality while maintaining strong internal controls across payments and expense processing.
