Manpower Group is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Accountant to join our North America Finance team in a hybrid role based in Northeast New Jersey. The position supports month-end close, payroll and benefits accounting, and intercompany payroll activities, with a focus on accuracy, controls, and timely reporting.
The ideal candidate will have solid accounting knowledge, experience with SAP and Blackline, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while driving process improvements
