S&ME is seeking a Collections Specialist to support company-wide collection efforts from our Raleigh, NC headquarters. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with the Finance team and remote work flexibility to accelerate cash flow and keep accounts receivable healthy.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of customer service and collections experience, a High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree in accounting preferred), and solid data entry and MS Office skills.
