Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 + 10% Bonus

The Senior Accounting Analyst will analyze financial results and reporting across multiple domestic and international business units. Support the Group Controller with financial reporting, analysis, and strategic initiatives. Partner with operations throughout North America and Europe to improve financial performance. Participate in due diligence, acquisition onboarding, and M&A integration efforts. Help standardize and implement financial and management best practices across the organization.

Lead and support special projects that drive operational and financial improvements.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. 3-5+ years of accounting, audit, financial analysis, or public accounting experience. CPA designation or public accounting background preferred. Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial analysis. Self-starter who enjoys digging into issues, solving problems, and driving improvements.
