H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Research Representative to assist with tax law questions during the upcoming tax season. This 100% remote role offers flexible hours and Salesforce-based workflow, supporting our Tax Institute’s researchers and tax professionals nationwide.
Ideal candidates have an associate’s degree (or equivalent), strong tax knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Experience in customer service is preferred for effective client interactions.
