Staff Accountant ​/ Financial Analyst

Kforce's client, a growing organization, is seeking a Staff Accountant/Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This position offers flexibility with remote work arrangements; however, the candidate must be in West Michigan. This role offers generous PTO with flexible work environment.

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support month-end close, budgeting, audits, and billing processes
• Analyze data from multiple systems and create meaningful reports
• Assist department leaders with budgets, financial reporting, and grant tracking
• Utilize Excel for reporting, pivot tables, and financial analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• General ledger and month-end close experience
• Strong Excel and analytical skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
