Senior Accountant & Business Partner (Hybrid

Azureon is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in accrual-based accounting and Quick Books Online.

This is a multi-location position (East Hanover & Kevil, NJ). The Senior Accountant must be able to work at two Azureon locations during the same week. The locations are relatively close, and travel between locations will be required (2 days at each and 1 day working from home).

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
• Perform accrual-based accounting and prepare journal entries.
• Manage monthly and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Monitor accounting activity across multiple locations.
• Support payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Work with location managers to resolve accounting issues.
• Maintain strong accounting controls and procedures.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax preparation as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency.

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong experience with accrual-based accounting.
• Proficiency with Oracle Net Suite preferred.
• Experience with general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations.
• Ability and willingness to work at two locations within the same week.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and multi-location accounting experience are preferred.
