We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee billing, collections, accounts receivable/payable, and financial compliance in our Skilled Nursing Facility. This role is key to ensuring accurate financial performance while supporting residents and families with professionalism and compassion.

• Manage all business office functions, including billing, AR/AP, collections, and Medicaid Pending applications.
• Ensure accuracy in Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing.
• Oversee resident trust accounts, petty cash, and financial reconciliations.
• Partner with admissions, nursing, and home office billing to maintain census and compliance.
• Lead with integrity, ensuring confidentiality and operational excellence.

• Prior SNF Business Office Manager experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing and collections.
• Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Degree in business/accounting preferred.
