Parts Base Inc. seeks a seasoned Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our finance operations team.
You will own accounts receivable workflows, post payments, manage invoice cycles, and support billing relationships for our global member base. In this remote role, you will reconcile payments, respond to billing inquiries, assist with month-end close, and work with the accounting team to optimize processes and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
