Smart Stop Self Storage is seeking an Accountant for a HYBRID role in California. Responsible for the monthly property financial close for ~20 self-storage properties, maintaining internal controls, treasury, and internal reporting. Hybrid schedule: in-office Tue–Thu, work from home Mon & Fri.
The role reports to the Accounting Manager and requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. Strong organizational and communication abilities are essential.
