You will manage individual and business returns (1040, 1120-S, 1065), supervise workflow, interact directly with clients, and help shape the tax department’s processes as the firm scales.
Expect autonomy, collaboration with the owner, and a modern tech-enabled practice leveraging AI. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 base with 3 weeks PTO, a 3% 401(k) match, and a 100%
