Cashera is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our growing team in North Miami Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong Excel skills and experience using Quick Books.
Requirements- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting)
- Experience with Quick Books
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
- Annual performance bonus
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days in the office, Fridays work from home
