Responsibilities:
As a Senior Audit Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• 1. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing top-notch client services and building strong, long-lasting relationships.
• 2. Leading audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring all audits are conducted in compliance with established standards and regulations.
• 3. Evaluating and improving internal controls and processes, identifying potential areas of risk and implementing appropriate mitigating strategies.
• 4. Developing, mentoring, and training staff to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
• 5. Growing our audit practice by identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and participating in business development initiatives.
• 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information, providing assurance to stakeholders.
• 7. Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing, continuously improving our audit methodology and procedures.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting.
• 2. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• 3. Proven experience in leading audit engagements from planning to completion.
• 4. Strong knowledge of internal controls and risk management.
• 5. Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• 6. Demonstrated experience in staff development and team leadership.
• 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
• 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• 9. Proficiency in various accounting software and technologies.
• 10. A strong commitment to ethical standards and high levels of integrity.

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers the flexibility of remote work.
