Accounting Analyst III; Workday Readiness

Our healthcare client in California is looking for an Accounting Analyst III to help them prepare for their transition to Workday ERP Software.

This is a 12 month mostly remote contract with monthly onsite requirements.

• 40 hrs per week
• Travel:
  Onsite approximately once per month throughout the duration of the project

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance transformation, business analysis, or process improvement
• Prior experience supporting or participating in a Workday Financials implementation is required
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes
• Demonstrated experience documenting business processes and developing future-state workflows
• Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and IT teams
