AR Accounting Analyst

Location: Hybrid (4 days in office, Work From Home on Fridays)

Salary: $70,000–$80,000

The hiring manager’s top priorities are:

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable lifecycle
• Prepare and issue customer invoices
• Apply and reconcile incoming payments
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment delays
• Manage collections and customer follow-up
• Process credit memos and adjustments
• Support month-end close and AR reporting
• Assist with additional accounting functions as needed

• Significant ownership and visibility within the organization

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time
• Occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required during peak periods

• 3+ years of AR/Billing experience
• Experience billing government contracts
• Familiarity with Progress Billing and Defense Contract Billing
• Unanet experience preferred
• Strong collections, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
