You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX and report to the Director, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting. Responsibilities include researching complex transactions, preparing position papers, reviewing contracts, and supporting monthly/ quarterly close processes while seeking process improvements.
