*** Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Exercises responsibility for Medical Care Collection Fund (MCCF) through revenue accounting, cash management and patient services activities.
• Administers accounting systems designed to track, reconcile, and report on agency-administered programs and/or appropriations for which the agency has legislative oversight responsibility.
• Validates a variety of accounting data that is entered to customers' reports, schedules and accounts.
• Reconciles general ledger accounts and balances Financial Statement of Allowances to ensure appropriations are accurate.
• Ensures the delivery of services in accordance with the provisions of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and commercially contracted services.
• Provides oversight to administer first party processes, first party refunds, claims matching, inquiries, first-party credit pre-payments, and accounts for patients.
• Develops information systems that provide analytical and reporting capabilities for stakeholders.
• Process a multitude of items affecting payment and transfer of funds in accord with policies, regulations and generally accepted accounting and financial regulations.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
