Schedule:

1-2 days remote preferred/3-4 in-office. Salary: $100,000- $120,000 + Bonus around 10%. Benefits: 100% Medical insurance paid for Employee, generous vacation, 10 Holidays other perks.

• Proficiency with English, Portuguese is highly preferred (and/or Spanish)
• CPA preferred;
  Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related

This company is in the dynamic industry of Renewable Energy Technology and expanding in North America. This accounting role works independently out of the Miami Hub assisting the Int'l CFO and finance team abroad and collaborates with the US Business Director. A hands-on approach is needed to perform full cycle accounting with financial reporting. With an outlook to continue cultivating responsibilities for the US as the organization continues to grow.

Portuguese is highly preferred.

• Operational AP; critical payments for US time zone and 2 locations in Fl
• Vendor management, set up and maintaining US relationships
• Multi-entity and Intercompany transactions and payments
• Entries, allocations and maintenance of GL
• Bank and account reconciliations;
  Balance sheet/income statement review
• Preparation of Financial statements
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes providing critical data to HQ
• Reviewing budget vs actual, providing explanations on variances
• Financial reporting on cash flow, P&L and other Adhoc
• Support with Audit documentation
• Ensuring Tax Filing deadlines met and providing information to External Accounting firm
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in compliance with US GAAP
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes
• Manage bank relationships or with financial institutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Use of Quick Books, future ERP and Excel
