AP Supervisor

Salary: $70K-$75K

• Opportunity to lead and develop an Accounts Payable team while driving process efficiency

• Play a key role in month-end close activities and overall financial operations

• Visible leadership position with meaningful influence on daily accounting operations

• Oversee accounts payable processing and invoice management across five entities

• Prepare and process ACH payments, checks, and wire transfers

• Perform AP, credit card, and account reconciliations

• Train, mentor, and supervise Accounts Payable staff

• Manage vendor communications and resolve payment inquiries

• Support month-end close activities related to Accounts Payable

• Net Suite experience required

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable leadership or supervisory experience

• Experience managing high-volume AP transactions

• Credit card reconciliation experience
