Location: Lee's Summit
Hawaiian Bros Island Grill is seeking a Controller to own the accounting engine behind rapid growth. This role leads the period close, daily treasury, franchise royalties, gift card economics, audit readiness, and equity/cap table work papers across four entities.
Reporting to the CFO, you will build workflows, guide the accounting team, and push AI-assisted close processes while maintaining rigorous controls and documentation in a fast-moving, multi-location restaurant company.
