RSI Security is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a fully remote, contractor, part-time role up to 25 hours weekly. The Bookkeeper will own day-to-day bookkeeping in Quick Books, manage AP, calculate commissions, and oversee prepaid expenses, accruals, and deferred revenue.
The role also leads monthly close, supports year-end tasks, and helps strengthen internal controls to ensure audit-ready financials. Strong accounting skills and discretion with confidential data are essential.
