ABOUT THE ROLE

Just finished your degree and ready to put all that hard work into practice? As a Staff Accountant on our Audit Team, you’ll be helping real clients and grow your confidence one engagement at a time.

• Work side-by-side with teammates on audits for a wide range of businesses.
• Dig into financials: spot trends, test data, and connect the dots.

  compilations, reviews, and audits
  through hands-on, continuous training
• Build your software skills through platforms such as Excel, DAS, Engagement and many more!
• Deliver work you’re proud of – on-time and in-line with industry standards.

• A
  Bachelor’s in Accounting or Data Analytics
  (Master’s = bonus points).
• Strong communication skills (Writing and Speaking).
• Tech-savvy with tools such as Excel & Word.

The salary range for this position reflects a broad set of factors considered in compensation decisions, including—but not limited to—skills, experience, training, certifications, and overall business needs. The stated range has not been adjusted for geographic differentials that may apply based on the position’s location. At AAFCPAs, it is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions are based on each candidate’s specific background and circumstances.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is$77,500.00 – $79,500.00 per year.
