US Tax Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper / Payroll Processor to support our CPA practice. You will handle day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients using Quick Books Online and Desktop and process payroll with ADP Run Payroll and Sure Payroll.
Responsibilities include reconciling statements, generating financial reports, assisting with Quick Books setup and troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with tax deadlines.
