ŌURA is seeking a Senior SEC Reporting Accountant to join our Financial Reporting team. This remote US role collaborates with Corporate Finance, FP&A, Legal, Tax and external auditors to prepare financial statements, disclosures, and the processes a first‑time public filer needs.
You will own the 10‑Q/10‑K/8‑K filings, footnotes, tie‑out, and the PBC roll forward, support SOX controls, and partner cross‑functionally to improve reporting systems.
