As an Accounting Specialist on the accounting team, a typical day for you will include:
- Supporting the accounting team through accurate and timely processing of data within the Great Plains ERP system as well as other systems.
- Accurately entering data from accounting documents, review, balance, and post-transaction batches.
- Assisting with intercompany account reconciliations.
- Working cross functionally with various teams throughout the company.
- Researching transactional details utilizing various software.

(Required qualifications)- Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in accounting specialist or accounting assistant role. - Skills:
Maintains good working relationships with internal and external customers. Prioritization, organizational and time management skills. Ability to execute / follow moderate excel functions. High level of integrity. - Education:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree “GED” is required. An associate’s degree is preferred. - Schedule / in-office requirements:
Hybrid role; 3 days in office, 2 days work from home.
