We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager/Senior Manager to lead tax planning, compliance, and reporting for a growing company. This role is ideal for someone who understands federal, state, and local tax regulations and wants to help optimize tax strategies while ensuring compliance.
What You’ll Do:- Oversee tax compliance and ensure accurate filings for income, sales, and property taxes.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize benefits.
- Manage tax audits and work with external advisors to resolve tax issues.
- Stay updated on changing tax laws and advise leadership on their impact.
- Work closely with other teams to provide tax guidance on business transactions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline tax operations.
- Lead and mentor tax team members to build a strong and knowledgeable department.
What We’re Looking For:- 5+ years of tax experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or Master’s in Taxation is a plus).
- Experience with multi-entity corporate tax structures and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of tax audits, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in tax software and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with international tax and transfer pricing is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred but not required.
