• Review complex individual and business tax returns, including partnership, S-Corp and C-Corp filings.
• Advise clients on tax planning, transactions and other complex tax matters.
• Oversee a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring quality, deadlines and strong client service.
• Research evolving tax issues and provide practical guidance on technical matters and regulatory inquiries.
• Develop and expand client relationships through new business opportunities and additional services.
• Lead, mentor and develop managers and other tax professionals while helping manage staffing, workflow and engagement profitability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; advanced tax/accounting degree preferred.
• CPA, JD, EA or other credential permitting representation before the IRS.
• 8+ years of relevant tax experience, ideally within public accounting.
• Proven leadership experience managing client relationships, engagements and professional staff.
