- Completes monthly master account reconciliations for disbursement, concentration, and depository accounts
- Researches outstanding items with the appropriate departments and/or banks to ensure timely and accurate resolution
- Prepares month end accruals for Cash Accounting related expenses to ensure accurate reporting on financial statements
- Analyzes and prepares invoices for Cash Accounting related expenses
- Researches variances to contracted pricing and communicates these variances with vendors
- Performs the daily ACH transfer of store cash for all domestic divisions to home office concentration accounts
- Assists with month end close process ensuring all Cash Accounting journal entries have accurately posted to the general ledger
- Performs and assists with special projects, analyses, and monthly reporting
- Working towards Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Advanced Excel experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, and able to prioritize effectively
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive worker
Demonstrates expertise in financial reconciliation, cash accounting, and month-end close processes while maintaining strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. Proficient in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and relationship building.
