Fund Accounting Analyst

The ideal candidate will join a newly created Fund Accounting & Reporting team within a growing Accounting organization. This role will support fund accounting, financial reporting, and investment accounting activities while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

• Assist with fund accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances.
• Partner with internal teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies and reporting requirements.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in public accounting and/or industry.
• CPA required.
• MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• $95,000 - $100,000 base salary plus bonus opportunity.
