Tax Manager

We’re hiring a Tax Manager!

• Ownership of individual, partnership, S corporation, C corporation, and other business tax engagements
• Direct responsibility for managing client relationships and providing proactive tax guidance
• Exposure to multi‑state and international tax matters

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; master’s degree in Taxation or a related field is a plus
• 7+ years of progressive tax experience, including recent public accounting experience
• Active CPA license required
• Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance and planning
• Experience reviewing complex individual and business tax returns
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements, deadlines, and client relationships
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing team members
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and tax preparation software
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills

• Hybrid schedule:
  On‑site client work, three days in the office, and two days working from home
