Somewhere is seeking a part-time bookkeeper/accountant (6–10 hours/week) for remote work in the U.S. You will manage day-to-day accounting, App Folio workflows, and consolidated reporting across a small real estate portfolio.
You will handle intercompany entries, prepare monthly close, and build dashboards showing cash flow and budget variances across properties and the OpCo. Strong Excel skills and real estate accounting knowledge are required.
