micro1 is engaging Financial Systems & Accounting Experts to support a customer project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You'll apply your accounting judgment and financial systems expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs and training data.

Prior experience in AI training or human-data work is required
. Simply using AI features within accounting software does not qualify.

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments
  .
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close work papers
  .
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide appropriate corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, Quick Books, Xero, and Dynamics 365
  .
• Apply written rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses
  .
• Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A with substantial accounting responsibilities.
• Proven experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
  .
• Hands-on experience with Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, Quick Books, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday
  , or comparable financial systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  .
• Familiarity with tools such as Black Line, , Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
• Prior paid experience in AI training, data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (
  B2 level or above
  ).
• Ability to work independently and meet project quality standards and deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection and immediate availability.
