About the Role

We are looking for experienced Financial Systems & Accounting professionals to support an AI-focused project involving accounting operations and financial systems.

The role combines strong accounting knowledge with hands-on ERP/financial systems experience. Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs, review financial information, identify errors, and provide technically accurate feedback.

Important: Prior paid Human Data / AI training experience is a mandatory requirement for this project.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for technical accuracy, including accounting treatments, calculations, journal entries, and explanations.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close work papers.
• Identify accounting errors and provide the correct treatment with appropriate rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across ERP/accounting platforms.
• Rate and evaluate AI-generated responses according to predefined rubrics and grading guidelines.
• Develop realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers based on actual accounting practices.
• Provide clear written feedback to support improvements in AI model performance.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, month-end close, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management/cost accounting, or accounting-focused FP&A.
• Hands-on experience preparing or reviewing:
  Journal entries
  Account reconciliations
  Financial statements
  – Month-end/period-end close activities
• Experience with one or more financial systems such as:
  Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, Quick Books, Xero, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, or comparable platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Mandatory AI Experience

Applicants MUST have prior paid professional experience in Human Data activities supporting AI/ML model training, such as:

• Data annotation
  
  • Data labeling
  
  • RLHF
  
  • AI response evaluation
  
  • Model evaluation
  
  • Rubric-based grading

Using ChatGPT or AI-enabled features within accounting/ERP software alone does NOT satisfy this requirement.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Black Line, , Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI is an advantage.

Previous verified participation in micro1 projects is also preferred.
