Location: Hybrid, Akron OH

Salary: $55,000- $65,000

Position Overview (Staff Accountant):
The Staff Accountant will take ownership of the accounts payable from invoice entry through payment preparation while supporting month-end accounting activities. This role offers exposure beyond traditional AP, including construction and CIP accounting, tenant-rebillable expenses, GL reconciliations, accruals, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities (Staff Accountant):

• Manage invoice coding, processing, approvals, and payment preparation
• Process construction and CIP invoices, including AIA pay applications, lien waivers, and retainage
• Track tenant-rebillable expenses including CAM/NNN and other property-related charges
• Maintain vendor documentation and assist with vendor setup and changes

Preferred Qualifications (Staff Accountant):

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 1–2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
