LOCATION

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, general ledger management, month-end close, and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
Lead inventory, cost accounting, and revenue recognition processes, ensuring accuracy across multiple sales channels and operational systems.
Manage and develop the accounting team, providing guidance, establishing accountability, and ensuring the team can operate effectively as the business grows.
Take ownership of accounting systems, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, strengthening internal controls, and streamline financial reporting.
Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, resolve accounting challenges, and support business decisions.
Lead accounting-related process improvements, audit preparation, and other initiatives to strengthen the organization's financial operations.

BACKGROUND THAT FITS

8-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience leading an accounting function and managing a team within a growing organization.
Strong technical accounting expertise, including U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close, inventory management, and cost accounting.
Experience with in a manufacturing or product-based business, with an understanding of inventory, operational accounting, and complex financial processes.
Hands-on experience with Net Suite, including the ability to leverage the system to improve reporting, streamline processes, and support business needs.
A self-directed, solutions-oriented leader who can operate with limited oversight, make independent decisions, and balance strategic responsibilities with hands-on execution.
