Finance Operations Clerk; Remote

We are seeking an organized Finance Operations Clerk to handle high-volume data entry, invoice processing, and transactional maintenance for our remote finance department.

What You'll Do:

• Enter, verify, and reconcile financial data across core accounting software.
• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) documentation.
• Generate invoices, payment reminders, and billing statements for clients.
• Communicate with external vendors to resolve routine payment queries.
• Maintain accurate files in compliance with financial record-keeping standards.

What We're Looking For:

• High School diploma required;
  Associate’s degree in Business/Accounting preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in clerk, bookkeeping, or data entry roles.
• Fast typing speed and exceptional data accuracy.
• Familiarity with accounting tools (e.g., Quickbooks, Net Suite, Excel).
