My client, one of the fastest-growing professional services firms in Nashville for the past 16 years, is seeking an Accountant/Relationship Manager due to growth. Must be available between 8:30 and 4:30 CST to answer questions, but can set flexible hours.

Starting salary is $85,000. Must be a CPA AND LIVE IN EST OR CST. Permanent direct hire.

Path to $205,000 Salary (clients provided by firm): $85,000 (50 clients), $125,000 (75 clients), $165,000 (100 clients), up to $205,000 salary (125 clients), then possible equity.

Responsibilities of the Accountant/Relationship Manager:

• The Accountant/Relationship Manager will perform bookkeeping, monthly reports, tax planning, payroll processing, 1099 reporting, and annual report filings.
• This role is divided between 20 hours of technical work weekly and 10-20 hours of client communication, relationship management, and tax preparation for clients.

Preferred Qualifications of the Accountant/Relationship Manager:

• CPA with small to medium-sized firm experience required
• Strong communication skills, kindness, and heart of service
