Payroll Administrator

We are partnering with a company in Boston, MA who is looking to add a Payroll Administrator to their team. This role will be responsible for managing payroll processing in a high-volume, multi-state environment and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have 3-6+ years of payroll experience and hands-on experience with ADP WFN.

• Process biweekly or weekly payroll for a high-volume employee population
• Manage multi-state payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Review payroll for accuracy and resolve discrepancies prior to processing
• Maintain employee payroll records and process payroll changes
• Handle payroll deductions, garnishments, taxes, and other payroll-related items
• Reconcile payroll reports and payroll-related general ledger accounts
• Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, deductions, and tax with holdings
• Partner with HR and Finance on payroll-related matters
• Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing
• Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits as needed

• 3-6+ years of payroll processing experience
• ADP WFN experience required
• Multi-state payroll experience highly preferred
• High-volume payroll experience highly preferred
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, taxes, deductions, and compliance
• Experience with payroll reconciliations and reporting
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days work from home after training

$60K-$80K depending on years of experience
