Assistant Controller / Senior Accountant

Salary: $114,400- $135,200 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the SEC Financial Reporting Consultant:

• Prepare and manage SEC filings, including 10-K and 10-Q reports.
• Utilize Net Suite for financial reporting and general ledger activities.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during reporting and audit cycles.
• Support financial analysis, reporting, and public company compliance initiatives.

Qualifications for the SEC Financial Reporting Consultant:

• Experience preparing SEC filings, including 10-Ks and 10-Qs.
• Hands-on Net Suite experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience supporting public company reporting and compliance requirements.
