Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q.
- Utilize Net Suite to support financial reporting, account analysis, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and public company reporting requirements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors during quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
- Support financial analysis, disclosures, and other reporting initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience preparing SEC filings, including 10-Ks and 10-Qs, for a public company.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and public company reporting requirements.
- Hands-on Net Suite experience in a financial reporting or accounting environment.
