  • Maintain accurate project budgets, cost codes, commitments, and financial information.
  • Produce and analyze job cost reports to evaluate project performance and profitability.
  • Track project revenue, costs, billings, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers to review project financial status and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and maintain project status reports and supporting financial schedules.
  • Identify and resolve project-related accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor compliance documentation.
  • Review and track Certificates of Insurance, lien waivers, retention, W-9s, bonds, and other required project documentation.
  • Ensure vendor documentation is complete and compliant before payment processing.
  • Support project risk management through accurate documentation and financial controls.
  • Assist with change orders and ensure changes are appropriately reflected in project budgets and billings.
  • Support month-end close activities related to assigned projects.
  • Maintain accurate project information within the accounting and project management systems.
  • Assist with project closeout and ensure financial records and compliance documentation are complete.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Project Management, and other internal teams.
  • Assist with special projects and process-improvement initiatives as needed.

  • Hands-on experience with lump-sum billing required.
