* Fully onsite for training, then hybrid 2 days onsite/week)

Pay: $50,000 to $55,000 annually

Experience: 2+ years of accounting experience in a law firm.

Schedule: Monday - Friday,9:00am to 5:00pm

Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our dynamic law firm client!

Job Description:

Manage full-cycle AP: review/audit and payment processing in accounting software in accordance with firm policies /regulations.

Payment processing for wires and transfers (domestic and international) to vendors/clients.

Confirm compliance with correct coding to ensure firm accounts and client costs are charged correctly.

Oversee the daily PWP (paid-when-paid) employee payments.

Manage client billable employee costs and reconciliation of inactive employee expense reports.

Position Requirements:

Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Capable of critical and analytical thinking, as well as being self-driven, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
