Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for numbers? We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team at our office. If you have expertise in Quick Books Online and a knack for managing accounts payable, reconciliation of bank and credit cards, then we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process accounts payable efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain and reconcile Quick Books Online records to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day financial operations.
- Assist with bill approvals and payment workflows;

. - Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation.
- Proven expertise in Quick Books Online (certification preferred).
- Experience with accounts payable processes.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with is highly desirable.
- Availability to work on-site at our office two days per week.
- Flexible schedule within designated workdays.
