• Develop and monitor proper accounting controls to ensure accuracy.
• Rationalize the chart of accounts.
• Lead preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Prepare reconciliations and quarterly balance sheet reviews.
• Oversee processing of standard tax filings.
• Create actionable financial reports and cash flow analysis.
• Implement and enforce controls to eliminate waste and reduce the risk of fraud.
• Expected commitment: 15 to 30 hours per week depending on the number of engagements and respective scopes. Compensation:
  Competitive hourly rate that will flex based on experience and engagement requirements and pricing
• Location:
  
  Hybrid, with a mix of remote work and onsite meetings at the office (Keiter's office) or at client sites as business needs require.

  Receive technical training and obtain CPE credits as required.
• Member of a Highly Respected Team:
  Work within a team led by two Finance & Accounting professionals with a combined 50+ years of related experience.

• This position is compensated on an hourly basis, with rates ranging from $70-$115 per hour depending on the type of work being performed (such as billable or administrative work), in addition to relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
