Payroll Processing & 401(k) Administrator | Fully Remote in Michigan
Salary: $25-$30/hour

Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Processing & 401(k) Administrator:

• Process weekly payroll for approximately 105 employees through Paychex Flex

• Review attendance, wages, deductions, PTO, and payroll exceptions

• Submit and release payroll according to Monday and Tuesday deadlines

• Coordinate payroll corrections and final confirmation with HR

• Review weekly 401(k) files and approve payments through John Hancock

Qualifications for the Payroll Processing & 401(k) Administrator:

• Prior payroll processing experience, with approximately 1+ year sufficient

• Basic Excel skills, including copy/paste and simple formulas

• Experience with Paychex, ADP, or another major payroll platform preferred

• Access to a computer, reliable internet, and a private remote-work environment
