You will validate data from multiple sources, ensure timely responses, and guide stakeholders through the dispute resolution process in compliance with scheme rules.
This is a full-time remote role supporting customers across EMEA, LAC and Asia, requiring strong knowledge of chargeback procedures, data analysis, and excellent communication in English.
