Sigma Accounting & Consulting is adding a licensed CPA on contract. Immediate start available, with project work through Q4 and full return volume for the 2027 filing season.

Sigma is a full-service Pensacola firm serving small business and individual clients across bookkeeping, payroll, and tax. Our bookkeeping is handled in-house, so returns reach the preparer organized and ready to work.

• Prepare, review, and file individual and business returns as paid preparer
• Sign under your own PTIN and ensure filing compliance
• Provide tax planning and advisory support across client engagements
• Coordinate with the internal team on workflow and deliverables

• Active CPA license and current PTIN
• Drake Software proficiency — all work is performed in Sigma's Drake, seat provided
• Strong individual and business return experience, including S-corps and partnerships
• Able to manage multiple engagements and meet filing deadlines independently

• Individual returns: $200 / $280 / $380, tiered by complexity
• Business returns and Form 990: from $300
• $80/hour for project and advisory work
• Complexity tier confirmed in writing before the return begins
• Flexible hours, remote or hybrid
