Allocate is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant for Atlas Fund Services, LLC, its fund admin unit, to own the most complex funds end to end. You will read partnership agreements, apply provisions, and defend decisions with auditors, sponsors, and investors.
You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to automate fund workflows and mentor junior accountants. You will review peers’ work, ensure accurate allocations, waterfalls, and fees, and coordinate quarterly and annual financial statements
