Target Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:- Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting support.
- Manage accounting related to property acquisitions, dispositions, and new lease entries.
- Track and maintain depreciation schedules and related accounting activities.
- Analyze financial information and ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts.
- Support ongoing process improvements and special projects within the accounting team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience with strong month-end close and reconciliation responsibilities.
- Experience preparing journal entries and managing general ledger activities.
- Property accounting or real estate industry experience is a plus
