Senior Tax & Assurance Manager; CPA)

Generational Wealth Partners is hiring a Senior Tax & Assurance Manager for its Jacksonville, North Carolina practice. This is a hands-on technical role focused on review, engagement delivery, and client service, with support from firm leadership.

The role is primarily in-office, especially during tax season. Some remote work may be possible outside tax season based on the work and client needs.

• Review individual and corporate tax returns and prepare complex returns
• Manage assigned compilation and review engagements, including financial-statement review and GAAP considerations
• Maintain quality and follow the firm's Quality Management System across engagements
• Answer client questions about monthly bookkeeping, interim reporting, and payroll tax matters such as Form 941
• Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients
• Work with substantial day-to-day autonomy and support from firm leadership

• Active CPA license
• Approximately 7–10 years of public accounting experience across tax and assurance or review work
• Strong GAAP knowledge and experience reviewing complex individual and corporate returns
• Familiarity with payroll tax compliance, including Form 941
• Sound judgment, organization, and clear client communication

• Construction accounting experience
